A planner for people who want their tasks and calendar to finally be together. Helps turn your tasks into a realistic plan you can actually follow, and trust.

Why it exists

Why it exists

Planning should make your day lighter.

Planning should make your day lighter.

Most planning tools are great at collecting tasks. Fewer help you understand when those tasks are actually going to happen.

That gap is where days start to feel messy, with a long list, a full calendar, reminders everywhere, and no clear sense of what fits. Flick was built around a simple idea: your tasks and your time should live side by side.

So instead of building another checklist, Flick helps you create a plan. Add what you need to do, organize it into projects, set dates and reminders, then drag tasks into your calendar when you are ready to make time for them.

Not because every minute needs to be optimized. Because it feels better to know what matters, what fits, and what can wait.

The story

The story

Made by someone who needed it too.

Made by someone who needed it too.

Hi, I’m Rapha, a Brazilian product manager, computer engineering student, and independent Apple developer.

I started building productivity apps because I kept feeling the same tension: I had tasks, classes, work, ideas, deadlines, and personal plans, but the tools I used made everything feel more scattered than clear.

A checklist told me what I had to do. A calendar told me where my time was going. But neither one really helped me connect the two.

Flick grew from that frustration. It began as PawTask, a student project shaped by my time at the Apple Developer Academy, and slowly became a more focused planner for real-life days: tasks, projects, reminders, calendar events, widgets, and quick planning across Apple devices.

Every part of Flick comes from the same goal of making planning feel calmer, faster, and more useful — without turning your life into a spreadsheet.

What we believe

What we believe

A calmer way to plan starts with trust.

Privacy comes first

Your plans can include some of the most personal parts of your life. Flick is end-to-end encrypted, and we do not sell your data.

Your tasks, projects, and routines should belong to you, not to an advertising model.

Your calendar should know about your tasks

A plan only becomes useful when it meets your actual time. Flick brings tasks and calendar together so you can stop guessing what fits into the day.

Planning should care about tomorrow

Flick is also starting an environmental commitment, donating 5% of eligible revenue to Trees for the Future.

Making better plans should also mean caring about the future we are planning for.

Built with help, feedback, and a lot of encouragement.

Flick would not be what it is without the people who tested early versions, shared feedback, reported bugs, suggested ideas, and believed in the project before it felt polished.

Special thanks to Caio Piteli and Luiza Coelho for being part of the journey from the beginning and helping Flick get out of the paper.

And to everyone who used PawTask, tried Flick, left a review, sent a message, or simply gave it a chance… thank you. The app keeps getting better because of you.
